Crisis Intervention

Program Description

The Mental Health Crisis Team provides telephone and face to face triage, assessment, intervention and linking to appropriate resources for individuals with mental health issues. There are also crisis beds available, if deemed appropriate, to help with crisis resolution for a short period of time.

Access Information

There are two components to the service: a 24-hour Crisis Line for the general public in the Champlain District and a local professional mobile team available 0900-2400. The general public accesses crisis services through the Crisis Line.
