Program Description

The consumer peer support initiative provides meaningful programs and activities which are planned and operated by consumers/survivors offering members: involvement in community activities; information on services and supports; a safe and confidential place; a time out from everyday stress; a place where learning can be fun; hope, reassurance and support to prevent setbacks in a person's emotional health. Model of service is peer support.
