Program Description

Making it Work offers one to one assistance to help you find and keep a job that's right for you. We specialize in supporting people with mental health concerns, focusing on your strengths to ensure you are successful at work. Services include but aren't limited to; assistance in the identification of viable work options, assessment of your employment readiness and the development of an employment plan, accommodation supports, coordination of supports, coping strategies to overcome barriers to stay well at work, help to prepare for and find meaningful employment and ongoing support to ensure employment is maintained.

Access Information

Program can be freely accessed by consumers through informal or formal referral. Program is open to individuals experiencing barriers to employment or a disability.
