Program Description

Counselling program includes three components: mental health counselling for individuals experiencing issues related to mental illness; general counselling for individual, relationship/ marital, and family issues available to the general public on a short term basis (up to six months); and Family Support for people who have a family member experiencing serious mental illness. Group programs are also available including: Anger Solutions TM, Living Life To The Full (LLTF), survivors of suicide. All programs use a client-centred, strength-based, recovery-focused approach emphasizing goal setting and attainment. All individuals complete an intake assessment to determine their needs and program options.
