Program Description

Provides a range of therapeutic services to adults who can be considered to have moderate or severe mental health problems. We offer assessments, individual and group counselling, case management and support to families of clients referred to us. Group therapy is offered as an adjunct to individual therapy. Case management services are offered to those individuals with chronic or severe mental illness. Service is also offered to those individuals under the age of 65 in long-term care homes. Model of service is various psychotherapeutic treatment modalities, including CBT, interpersonal therapy and psychosocial rehabilitation models.

Access Information

Eligibility: must be at least 16 years of age, have a significant mental health/emotional problem and reside in the County of Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry or Akwesasne. Individuals seeking help can present themselves in person to our main office in Cornwall or call. Referrals can also be made by a community organization or service, physician or other health care professional, or a family member.
