Program Description

The Day Treatment Program provides an interprofessional team approach for people who require time-limited group therapy and transitional care. This service uses the group milieu as the primary therapeutic intervention and is intended to supplement and not replace ongoing clinical care such as individual psychotherapy, extensive case management, housing support, or other specialized services. This program offers group therapy based on best practices for individuals with mood and anxiety diagnoses to include skill building, CBT approaches, psychoeducation, interpersonal effectiveness and recovery strategies.
