Program Description

Housing First is a community-based support service for individuals who are homeless, have a history of homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless and who do not have any formal community support. Individuals with a mental illness (self-reported or diagnosed). Individuals may not be treatment ready but would benefit from and should be agreeable to support with housing security, high support in learning daily living skills to maintain their stability, harm reduction and support with reintegration in the community of their choice.
