Program Description

Access CAMH is CAMH's centralized intake for outpatient referrals. Access CAMH processes all outpatient referrals and schedules them with the right outpatient service. Access CAMH also provides live access to the general public and community care providers between the hours of 8:30-4:30pm. Those seeking addiction and/or substance use assessment and treatment can self-refer by calling Access CAMH.

Access Information

Most of CAMH services require a referral form to be completed by a physician.
