Program Description

Providing mental health and mental illness information to the community, programs offered include in-house library, workshops and presentations, media relations, self-help, public speaking, workshops and suicide bereavement. Model of service is public education.

Access Information

We accept self-referrals and professional referrals. Client can call our central information and referral line and receive a live voice during business hours or drop in to the centre and speak to our in-house information and referral counsellor.
