Program Description

This London-based program supports clients in developing and achieving their personal goals for recovery. Using best practices, qualified staff and peer volunteers offer one-to-one opportunities, groups, and access to community resources in four areas of wellness: social and leisure, physical wellness and health, personal growth and awareness, creative self-expression. You can gain an improved quality of life with many positive health benefits not limited to the following: sense of self-worth, confidence, and well-being; meaningful community involvement and awareness of resources; social connections; personal growth through life skills education; use of coping strategies to improve mental health and increase stability; an active lifestyle; purposeful structure to daily life; use of self-care tools for vitality.
