Program Description

The Day Program provides life and social skills training, recreation and academic studies (Toronto Board of Education teacher) in a structured and supportive environment for up to 12 clients. Groups include creative arts, life and social skills, yoga, and wellness. Model of service is recovery and has an early intervention component. Program is generally full time. Average length of stay is up to two years.

Access Information

Day Program clients must have a case manager in order to attend. If the client does not have a case manager, then a referral first to the New Outlook Community Support program may be suggested. Clients must be stable enough to participate in group and individual programming.
