Program Description

Community and hospital based case management for people with a serious mental illness who have been found not criminally responsible and are on Ontario Review Board Orders. Program includes ongoing assessments, treatment planning, coordination of required services, conflict resolution and crisis prevention, housing supports, discharge planning and referral to community resources.

Access Information

Must have primary diagnosis of serious mental illness and be on an Ontario Review Board order or taking up a secure forensic bed in hospital. Referrals through hospital social worker or treatment team member. Worker is at CMHA and should be contacted for information.
